Starting January 2020 I will be charging a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows are subject to fee of 75% of your scheduled service. I understand that life gets crazy but please communicate with me and give me as much notice as possible. I reserve that spot for you and filling it last minute is very difficult. Thank you!
